Thomas C. Mooney
Any lawyer can dedicate their life to studying the law, attending seminars and becoming an expert in the legal process. However, at the end of the day, a jury is comprised of twelve members of the community with little to no legal experience. An effective trial attorney is someone to whom the jury can relate. Your attorney must be able to present your case in terms that make sense in light of the evidence against you. You can hire an attorney who has published a number of articles that appear in legal publications. Or, you can hire an attorney about whom articles are written after he wins important cases.
Thomas C. Mooney is gifted at the art of persuasion. He endears himself to the jury like few others. His recent successes in the Courtroom (See Articles Below) are a reflection of his dedication to the practice of law. He will stand up for you and represent you like he’s arguing for a family member.
Thomas C. Mooney handles only jailable criminal and traffic offenses. His practice is intentionally limited to these areas of concentration so that he can focus all of his energy on those whose life and liberty are at risk.
